Ben Hase, Esq.
Founder, National Management Legal Counsel
Professional Overview
National Management Legal Counsel was founded to provide practical, business-focused legal solutions. With extensive experience in federal and state employment laws, NMLC is able to provide invaluable insight into how agencies think and operate—knowledge used by the firm to protect its clients.
Before establishing NMLC, I was a partner at O'Hagan Meyer in Denver, where I co-chaired the Data Privacy practice group and was a member of the National Labor & Employment Advice and Counseling Group. My experience spans from defending single-plaintiff discrimination claims to complex wage-and-hour class actions, always with a focus on achieving practical outcomes that align with business objectives.
Today, I partner with businesses across the United States to navigate the increasingly complex landscape of employment law, data privacy compliance, and trade secret protection. Whether you're facing immediate litigation, need strategic counsel, or want to build proactive compliance programs, I bring both legal expertise and real-world business understanding to every engagement.
